the hotel design is gorgeous. i found the bed super comfortable, and i fell asleep quickly. this is a dog friendly place. they allow dogs everywhere.

The air conditioning in my room was weak. I could barely feel any airflow. it was uncomfortably hot, and i spent the stay trying to address the issue. some staff were unhelpful. They treated me as if i was the problem.

I found the interior design quite elegant. The furniture selection created a peaceful atmosphere. The central location was also very convenient, tucked away on a quiet street. Hotel personnel were cute and helpful .

Music from the patio was audible in the evenings and was a bit disruptive.

the reception staff were excellent and assisted with all my queries. the hotel arranged a walking tour which i found interesting.

the pillows were quite firm! though this is a minor issue.
